Key bank says no approvals without personal guarantee and Fico above 650, unless company has annual revenues in excess of 350k and a solid business credit profile with 10 or more tradelines. They will also check your debt to income ratio. If you think you match their criteria, we suggest applying and leaving the personal guarantee section blank. Because this section is left blank, your application will take longer to process. Please allow 2-4 weeks.
